Beef Ancho (Rib Eye)
Picanha (Top Sirloin)
Filet Mignon
Fraldinha (Bottom Sirloin)
Alcatra (Top Sirloin)
Costela (Beef Ribs)
Cordeiro (Lamb)
Costela de Porco (Pork Ribs)
Lombo (Pork Loin)
Linguica (Sausage)
Sea Salt to taste
Fresh Black pepper to taste


Season Meats.
Some products can be put on spits or skewers.
Cook meats in Alto-Shaam Cook & Hold Oven or Combitherm .
