Regional Service Manager



Under the direction of and reporting to the Manager of Technical Service. Responsible for managing all authorized service providers in an assigned territory. Act as the primary liaison between the assigned territory service providers and the global headquarters technical support team. This includes monitoring service provider performance, training service providers on all Alto-Shaam products and adjusting the authorized service provider network as required; ensuring service providers are meeting expectations for satisfactory service performance. This position requires working closely with our outside sales managers to ensure customer expectations are being met in the assigned territory. Responsible for timely reporting of territory performance and any field issue in an assigned territory. Manage incoming field requests for support dealing with field service issues from end users, service agencies, dealers, sales or service representatives in an assigned territory. While not the primary role of this position, this position does require the skills and ability to investigate and service units in the field as directed by the department leadership. This position does require the ability to develop and deliver technical training and instruction. Support trade shows, perform equipment evaluations and startups as needed.

This role is focused on delivering growth through selling the existing portfolio and supporting the chain requirements for customization of products in conjunction with product management, engineering and marketing cross functional disciplines, as well as tactical deployment of corporate resources.
