Alto-Shaam service network provides you with direct access to qualified
technicians, many of whom have participated in hands-on service training
seminars conducted by the Alto-Shaam service management team. Qualified
agencies have been well schooled in service procedures for specific product
lines along with troubleshooting techniques.
In addition to web site service access, Alto-Shaam has also established
a twenty-four hour emergency service call center to offer immediate customer
access by phone to a local authorized service agency outside of standard
business hours. The emergency service access is provided exclusively for
Alto-Shaam equipment and is available throughout the United States through
the use of Alto-Shaam's toll-free number. Emergency service access is
available seven days a week including holidays.
