Located in Huntsville, Alabama, the WJP Restaurant Group is comprised of four foodservice entities: Dipwich, Rocket City Tavern Bar & Grill, Fiero Mexican Grill and The Redstone Gateway Conference & Dining Center. Their biggest challenge has been maximizing space, since each entity offers vastly different menu items while sharing a single kitchen.
