Alto-Shaam will provide back-to-back, live cooking demonstrations at its newly redesigned booth 4840 during the National Restaurant Association Show (NRA) from May 18-21 at McCormick Place.
Alto-Shaam is a recognized leader and innovator in the global foodservice equipment industry for its cutting-edge cook, hold, chill and display solutions.
The new booth offers an interactive tradeshow experience with enhanced features, including an elevated main demonstration stage, two side stages and touchscreen displays. Additionally, the main stage offers a close-up view of cooking techniques with cameras positioned above the chefs’ table, displayed on mounted TVs.
During the show, Alto-Shaam corporate executive chefs will demonstrate how Vector® H Series Multi-Cook Ovens provide unmatched food production and quality in the smallest footprint. Vector is the only oven that allows simultaneous, high-quality preparation of a wide variety of food.
Unmatched evenness in cooking is possible thanks to exclusive Structured Air Technology®, which offers up to four ovens in one. Each chamber has independent temperature, fan speed and cook time control, which allows operators to cook up to four different food items simultaneously with no flavor transfer.
Alto-Shaam will also display its new Self-Cleaning Rotisserie Oven with automatic grease collection technology. The oven features a self-cleaning cycle and touchscreen, programmable controls. These features are easy-to-use and will save time and labor for foodservice operators. Ideal for front-of-house operations, the Self-Cleaning Rotisserie Oven uses a fifth less energy in the cooking process and a third less water than competitive models in cleaning.
