Experience Alto-Shaam at the 2018 NACS Show
We’re so excited to showcase our products at the 2018 NACS Show in Las Vegas from October 7 to 10. Held at the Las Vegas Convention Center, this year’s show is expected to be the biggest yet. With more than 24,000 industry professionals coming together in the 400,000+ square foot expo, this is a key event for the convenience store and fuel retailing industry.

The Products
First, we’re especially proud to show off our new revolutionary Vector®️ Multi-Cook Oven, which will be showcased at our booth and in the show’s Cool New Products Room.
Located in the Grand Lobby, the Cool New Products Room contains around 300 products that debuted in the past year. When visitors enter the Cool New Products Room, they receive a key fob scanner that can be used to scan any product in the room, and create an email/printout list of everything they liked. We’re thrilled to have the Vector Multi-Cook Oven in the Cool New Products Room this year - so make sure to stop by and check it out!
If you want to see more of our new Vector Multi-Cook Ovens with Structured Air Technology®️, we’ll be hosting live demonstrations each day during the show in booth #5380. Stop by to see our Vector ovens in action! Tim Murphy, product specialist, will be hosting live Vector demos with help from Chef Brett. Each day they will be cooking delicious appetizers, entrees and much more. Because Vector ovens have up to four independent oven chambers, they are able to cook four different food items simultaneously — with zero flavor transfer. Each chamber cooks at its own distinct temperature, fan speed, and time for ultimate flexibility and menu expansion.
Demos will take place at the following times:
- Monday, October 8: 12:30pm, 2pm, and 3:30pm
- Tuesday, October 9: 12:30pm, 2pm, and 3:30pm
- Wednesday, October 10: 12pm
