With a newly designed exhibitor booth and the launch of our new self-cleaning rotisserie oven, Alto-Shaam is cooking up an interactive and engaging experience for attendees at The NAFEM Show in Orlando, Florida from February 7-9.

Held at the Orange County Convention Center, NAFEM (North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers) hosts thousands of foodservice professionals under one roof. More than 500 exhibitors will come together to connect with dealers, distributors and consultants in the industry.

Alto-Shaam’s booth features exciting changes, including an elevated main demonstration stage, two side stages and interactive touchscreen displays. Additionally, the main stage offers a close-up view of cooking techniques with cameras positioned above the chefs’ table—displayed on mounted TVs.

Alto-Shaam will offer back-to-back live cooking demonstrations of its brand new self-cleaning rotisserie oven, as well as additional cutting-edge cooking solutions, such as the Vector® Multi-Cook Oven with Structured Air Technology®. 

We are also pleased to host our friend Charlie the Butcher, who will be cooking his famous beef on weck sandwiches with the Cook & Hold Oven. Today, Charlie the Butcher’s restaurants rely on the Cook & Hold to create his remarkably tender and iconic roast beef.
