Cheese Omelet

Cooks In Hi-Speed Ovens

A freshly made egg and cheese omelet can be perfected in just 60 seconds with an Xcelerate™ Hi-Speed Oven. This is perfect for breakfast or a late-night snack.

Ingredients

2 Large Eggs

2 oz Heavy Whipping Cream

2 oz Shredded Cheese

Preparation

Mix two eggs with 2 ounces of cream, add salt and pepper

Pour this mixture onto the nonstick Xcelerate pan.  Sprinkle 2 ounces of shredded cheese of your choice.

Use these settings:

  • 525°F (302°C)
  • 1 minute
  • 100% fan
  • 100% microwave

Remove the pan from the oven and use a non-metallic spatula to fold the omelet in quarters. 

Slide onto a plate and garnish for service
