2 Large Eggs
2 oz Heavy Whipping Cream
2 oz Shredded Cheese
Mix two eggs with 2 ounces of cream, add salt and pepper
Pour this mixture onto the nonstick Xcelerate pan. Sprinkle 2 ounces of shredded cheese of your choice.
Use these settings:
- 525°F (302°C)
- 1 minute
- 100% fan
- 100% microwave
Remove the pan from the oven and use a non-metallic spatula to fold the omelet in quarters.
Slide onto a plate and garnish for service
