Flourless Chocolate Cake

Perfect for all chocolate lovers, this cake is dense and fudgy.

Ingredients

1 C. (237 ml) unsalted butter 
8 oz. (237 ml) bittersweet chocolate 
1 1/4 C. (296 ml) sugar 
1 C. (237 ml) sifted unsweetened cocoa powder 
6 large eggs

Preparation

Preheat Combi oven to 190 F Steam (88 C). Stir butter and chocolate together over low heat, until melted. Mix sugar and cocoa together in a large bowl. Add eggs, whisk until well blended. Whisk in chocolate mixture. Pour batter into greased and parchment lined 4 oz. (118 ml) ramekins. Steam ramekins for 40 minutes. 
While hot invert ramekins to remove.


Serve with chocolate sauce, fresh berries and ice cream.
