Ingredients

Chocolate 200g; butter 200g; coco powder 60g; sugar 50g; Eggs 3; pinch of salt.

Preparation

Step 1: Preheat the Combi to steam 90℃ (200°F).

Step 2: Put the chocolate and butter into a bowl and place into and Alto-Shaam Halo Heat® holding cabinet. Set to hold at 50℃ (120°F) until ingredients melt. Combine the rest of the ingredients and mix into the chocolate mixture until thorough consistency.

Step 3: Pour the cake mixture into a nonstick mold (around 30gm per cup) and place into oven. Set Combi to Steam mode at 90℃ (200°F) with 100% fan speed & 100% humidity.Cook for 45 minutes.

Step 4: Take out of oven and wait for 15~20 minutes to cool down. Place in the fridge to completely cool (3~5 hours). Serve cold.
