Pork chop 250g; salt and pepper
Step 1: Preheat the combi until 300℃. Season the pork chop with some salt and pepper and put into the Combi. Set to convection mode at 300℃ (100% fan speed & 100% humidity). Cook for 4 minutes.
Step 2: Place pork chop into an Alto-Shaam Halo Heat™ holding cabinet; set to 70℃ and hold for 20 minutes.
