Ingredients

Starting State:  Scratch
Pan Size:  2" Steam Pan
Covered

  • 4 cups Quinoa
  • Stock

Preparation

Preheat Temp:  300° F
Cook Temp:  300° F
Probe Time:  50 min
Hold Temp:  160° F
Vent Position:  Closed

 

1. Preheat Cook & Hold Oven to 300°F
2. Place 1 part quinoa to 1.5 liquid into pan
3. Cover Pan
4. Place pan in Cook & Hold Oven
5. Cook at 300°F  for 50 minutes
