Cooks In Cook & Hold Ovens

Yogurt prepared in a Cook & Hold

Ingredients

  • Plain Yogurt (300g)
  • Milk (4lt)

Preparation

1. Heat the milk to 90°C, then cool it down to 50°C
2. Add yogurt into milk, mix well then put into glass
3. Preheat the Cook & Hold to 50°C
4. Put the glass in the oven then hold overnight for 6 to 12 hours
5. Take the glass out to cool down and put into the fridge
