Daniel Téllez works in Alto-Shaam’s Mexico office as a rep chef. He received his formal culinary education from Centro de Estudios Superiores de San Angel in Mexico City. He also is a member of Academie Culinarie du France Vatel Club.
Daniel obtained his Alto-Shaam rep chef level 1 certification in 2015 when he received advanced training in different solutions available for Alto-Shaam customers.
