Jae started her career in the foodservice industry at the age of twelve working in the kitchen of her parents’ restaurant. Here she developed an appreciation and passion for the foodservice industry and all the opportunities it can offer. She went on to obtain a degree in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu Orlando and later earned her Certified Culinarian and Executive Chef titles. She is also currently a member of the American Culinary Federation (ACF), Western Region.
