As the only woman on the Alto-Shaam Middle East & Africa team, Chef Lynn stands out not only by her gender but also by her amazing accolades achieved till date. This South African native is a Michelin-trained chef with over 30 years of experience in the culinary industry and a successful entrepreneur with her own catering company opened in 1986, shortly after she opened a culinary consultancy and culinary school.
More recently she started a kitchen design company as well as an events company. She has contributed to the menus of the famous Blue Train in South Africa as well as the Palace on Wheels in Rajasthan, India. She is a regular contributor to various food and travel magazines in her home country. Her love of cooking and attention to detail shows in everything she does.
