Argentinean native Chef Matias received his love of cooking from his father and when it was time for him to choose a career the decision was an easy one. He studied in his hometown and later moved to Buenos Aires where he had his first experience in fine dining in the Orien Express Hotel as Chef de Partie and later at the Palacia Duhau Park Hyatt.
