Riki Nanno, a rep chef working with Pro Reps in California and Nevada, has more than eight years in the foodservice industry. He received his formal education from California State Polytechnic University where he received a Bachelor of Science in food science and technology and culinology.
Before joining Pro Reps in 2015, Riki worked in research and development as a food technologist and quality assurance technologist.
Riki obtained his Alto-Shaam rep chef level 1 certification in 2015. He is also active in the foodservice industry as he has been involved with the following organizations:
- Cal Poly Pomona Food Science Society
- IFT – Institute of Food Technologists
- SCIFTS – Southern California Institute of Food Technologists
- Co-founder of Chili Cartel – International Chili Society
