Simon is an Alto-Shaam chef, working in the western Canadian provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

Simon received a culinary diploma from the Pacific Institute of Culinar Arts in Vancouver, BC. He also is certified in:

  • Inter-Provincial Red Seal, Culinary Arts
  • International Sommelier Guild, Wine Fundamentals Level I

The most valuable thing I learned in Alto-Shaam's rep chef training was:
