Wade Harris currently serves as an executive chef for Pro-Pacific. With more than 25 years of experience, Wade has worked in many different areas of the foodservice industry.
Wade started working in restaurants since the age of 16; he began his professional career at the age of 21 when offered his first executive chef position. Starting at restaurants in Seattle, he then served as the cook for Paul Newman's racing team on the IndyCar Series tour. During this time, Wade also worked as an executive chef at Ruby Springs Lodge in Alder, Montana, where he helped the kitchen open and also develop the menu.
Wade then went on to become a corporate restaurant chef and worked at various corporations. Ultimately, Wade moved into healthcare and worked at Sodexo as a regional chef for the West Coast, training chefs and general managers in high-end retirement communities. He then worked in healthcare for eight years serving as an executive chef for two additional retirement communities.
