Alto-Shaam Welcomes New Managers to Customer Service and Sales Teams


Holly Scheihing Schiek joins Alto-Shaam as its new customer service manager – equipment sales. She will oversee the customer service team, increasing efficiencies and sharing best practices to fulfill Alto-Shaam’s mission to deliver an exceptional partner and customer experience at every touch point. She has more than 20 years of customer service management experience in the custom equipment industry, with a successful history of process improvement and team leadership. Prior to joining Alto-Shaam, she was the inside sales manager – new equipment at Terex Corporation’s utilities division. When Terex acquired Dueco, she led the integration of customer experience best practices across both organizations and was awarded the Terex Pinnacle Award of Excellence in recognition of her success.

Michael Cayo was named national account project manager. Cayo first joined Alto-Shaam in May 2016 as a strategic pricing intern and was quickly hired on full time as a strategic pricing analyst. In that role he developed performance metrics for global regions, market segments, and national accounts. He was also responsible for supporting the management team to set up chain accounts internally. In his new customer-facing role, Cayo will be the key point of contact within Alto-Shaam headquarters for our national accounts customers. He will perform project development, execution and relationship management to support existing and new business.
