Todd Breiner & Claude Rancifer Joins Alto-Shaam Sales & Service Teams


Alto-Shaam is announcing the addition of two members to its team: Todd Breiner, vice president of national accounts, and Claude Rancifer, regional service manager.

Todd Breiner

Todd is responsible for the strategic development for chain account growth. He will work to meet our sales growth objectives as we target chain accounts with our full line of foodservice equipment.

Todd previously was a vice president of national accounts at another foodservice equipment manufacturing company. In this role, Todd managed a team of chain specialists in the convenience store and restaurant industry. Todd is well connected and respected in the foodservice industry, and brings valuable relationships to our company.

Claude Rancifer

Claude is responsible for managing all authorized service providers in his territory (central United States). Claude will act as the primary liaison between the Alto-Shaam service agent network and the technical support team members, including monitoring performance, training service providers, and ensuring service providers meet customer expectations.

Claude previously worked as a technical manager for over 10 years for another foodservice equipment manufacturer. In this role, Claude developed and monitored the service network, as well as conducted combi trainings for service and end users. Claude officially takes over all these duties on Monday, December 11, 2017.

With the addition to Claude on the regional service team, the team is now covering the following territories:

  • North East U.S. and eastern Canada: Eric Holder
  • Central U.S.: Claude Rancifer
  • Southeast U.S.: Jerry Polka
  • Western U.S. and western Canada: Matt Payment
  • Latin America/Caribbean: Juan Medina
