  • HSM-38 Heated Open Shelf Merchandiser 3 shelves, 24 lb (11 kg) max per shelf

    If you’re featuring chickens, ribs, and other hot food items in boats with dome covers, the freestanding HSM-38/3S is your merchandiser of choice. Three (3) angled shelves and efficient use of space will help you increase your offering and your sales. We use gentle radiant Halo Heat® to keep food at the optimum temperature longer, without drying the items out prematurely. 

    • Capacity – 3 shelves, 24 chicken boats with dome covers total.
    • Precisely heated shelves – Each of the three thermal kinetic shelves are independently controlled allowing for exact and consistent warming for specific food type, density, and packaging.

  • 750-S Halo Heat Low Temp Holding Cabinet 120 lb (54 kg), 10 full-sized/GN pans capacity

    The most popular of the Halo Heat® under-counter models, the 750-S holding unit accepts both full-size sheet or steam pans and is available in both reach-in and pass-through configurations. Place it on low profile casters for placement beneath a 32" (813mm) counter surface.

    • Halo Heat – Gentle Halo Heat won't dry out your product allowing you to work smarter, not harder.

  • HN2 Series Heated Display Case 3 Size Options Available

    HN2 Series Halo Heat® display cases are environmentally friendly, maintain better food quality, extended food shelf life, increase protien yield, and require no water connections or drains.

    • Design  The HN2 Series features a curved glass front and full-size, half-size and third-size pan configurations.
    • Variations – 48-inch (61-centimeter) length holds three full-size pans. 72-inch (183-centimeter) length holds five full-size pans. 96-inch (244-centimeter) length holds seven full-size pans. Available as either a counter top heated display module or with a custom decorator base.

    Halo Heat® Drop-In Hot Wells offer longer holding capability without the hazards and costs associated with steam-heated equipment. A simple electrical hookup is all you need, with no water, plumbing or water related installation or service costs. And, the wide flange option provides décor match capabilities with Alto-Shaam refrigerated drop-in food wells.

    • Adjustable thermostat with optional individual well control – The 200-HW hot well comes with an adjustable thermostat mounted on a remote-located control. Thermostat also can be flush-mounted onto a countertop. Optional independent controls for individual wells allow foods to be held at different temperatures.

    With a glass door to prominently display your product, the 500-PH/GD Pizza Holding Cabinet is designed for countertop display or mobile transport of foods while holding at an ideal temperature.

Limited Space

Not all kitchens are created equal. Our high-speed and smaller combi and Cook & Hold ovens maximize food production within a small space since they can be placed on top of a counter or beneath it. Ventless hoods and catalytic converter options also allow for production without traditional hoods.

Whether it’s on the main production cook line or doing double duty as a finishing oven, the CT Express offers maximum performance and flexibility in half the space of traditional combi ovens. Add an optional ventless CombiHood® and avoid the need for a costly ventilation hood. The high-power fan draws steam and fumes into the hood intake and out the top surface exhaust vent, trapping grease and vapors as the air moves through the ventilation system.  Or, choose the innovative catalytic converter option to place this combi anywhere without a hood.

    QuickChiller™ blast chillers can be used to chill virtually any type of food; from delicate vegetables and seafood to hearty roasts, and from dense sauces to casseroles. Touchscreen control gives you precise, programmable consistency at your fingertips. Perfect for under-counter or stand alone application in smaller or more confined foodservice operations, the small footprint design of the QC2-3 allows for limited volume chilling when and where it’s needed. 

    • Capacity – 36 pounds (16 kilograms), 3 full-size (1/1 GN) pans.
    • Compact design – Our smallest self-contained blast chiller, the QC2-3 easily fits under or on top of a counter.
