    With the same power, consistency and precision as the rest of our line, the CT PROformance™ 10-10 Combitherm® oven is not as deep as the CTP10-20, allowing for placement in kitchens where space is limited, but demand is high. Place it on a stand for versatility and quality without sacrificing space.

  • 500-HW Halo Heat Drop-in Hot Food Well 5 full-size pan capacity

    Halo Heat® Drop-In Hot Food Well allows for precise temperature holding and steam-free, versatile display options. The 500-HW contains a five 4-inch or 6-inch deep pan capacity with optional large flange design and offers longer holding capability without the hazards and costs associated with steam-heated equipment. A simple electrical hookup is all you need, with no water, plumbing or water related installation or service costs.

      • 500-HW/D4: 4-3/8" (111mm) depth, accepts five (5) full-size (gastronorm) pans.
      • 500-HWLF/D4: 4-3/8" (111mm) depth, large flange design, accepts five (5) full-size (gastronorm) pans.

  • 1000-UP Double Compartment Holding Cabinet 120 lb (54 kg) per compartment, 16 Full-size Sheet Pan Capacity (8 Full-size Sheet Pans per Cavity)

    The 1000-UP contains two (2) individually controlled holding compartments that are encased with the original Halo Heat® technology and enclosed in heavy-duty stainless steel exterior and doors. Each compartment has one (1) simple control.

    • Twice the holding in the same footprint – The 1000-UP Heated Holding Cabinet is essentially one 1000-S stacked on top of another, in a common upright chassis. Each compartment features independent temperature controls.

    Fit into tight spaces with the narrow version of the industry’s heaviest-duty heated drawer warmer. Alto-Shaam Drawer Warmers are available in one-, two- or three-drawer configurations and can fit anywhere you need production items held hot and within reach.  As one of the most abused pieces of equipment in the kitchen, these units are overbuilt, reflecting the highest level of durability.

    The QC2-100R QuickChiller™ provides the industry’s only fully integrated rack management solution that brings you all necessary components to support production, chilling, rethermalization, staging and service. Whether in a central production or commissary operation, or serving a plated meal function for 4,000 guests, we have you covered. With a fully integrated roll-in food cart the QC2-100R works in conjunction with compatible CT Series Combitherm® ovens and CombiMate® companion mobile warmers.
