  • ED2 Series Heated Display Case 3 Size Options Available

    Show off your food’s best side with an ED2 heated display case. Halo Heat® display cases are environmentally friendly, provide better food quality, reduce food waste, and require no water connections or drains.

    • Design – the ED2 Series features a curved glass front and full-size, half-size and third-size surface display pan configurations

    When considering that location is everything, mobile heated island merchandisers are versatile meal center solutions. Not only can they effectively merchandise hot packaged foods to go, but they also allow cross promotion of other products on integrated side shelving.  Gentle, radiant Halo Heat® keeps food at the optimum temperature longer, without overcooking or drying food out.

    The 1200-UP contains two (2) individually controlled holding compartments that are surounded with the original Halo Heat® technology and are enclosed in heavy duty stainless steel exterior and doors. Each compartment has one (1) simple control. Digital control senses temperature drops faster, providing immediate heat recovery.

    The mobile hot well island merchandiser HFT2 features EcoSmart® hot wells that use no water, sparing you dangerous steam-related hassles and expenses. Instead of using hot metal rods to generate heat, we use even, gentle and radiant Halo Heat® technology to keep food warm. This display heating method keeps food at the optimum temperature longer, without drying the items out prematurely.

  • AR-7EVH Ventless Hood Electric Rotisserie 21-28 Chickens (3.5 Lb/1.6 Kg)

    Now you can showcase the AR-7EVH rotisserie front and center without being restricted to traditional hood requirements.  This self-contained rotisserie oven venting system is fully tested and listed by Underwriters Laboratories for both safety and sanitation. Factory installed directly on the top of the AR-7E, a high-powered CFM fan draws steam and fumes from the rotisserie cavity, through the hood intake and filtration system, trapping grease-laden vapor, odor and smoke.

    • Capacity – Up to 28 chickens (3.5 pounds/1.6 kilograms)   on 7 V-skewers.
