Halo Heat® Drop-In Hot Wells offer longer holding capability without the hazards and costs associated with steam-heated equipment. A simple electrical hookup is all you need, with no water, plumbing or water related installation or service costs. And, the wide flange option provides décor match capabilities with Alto-Shaam refrigerated drop-in food wells.

  • Capacities: 
    • 300-HW/D4: 4-3/8" (111mm) depth, accepts three (3) full-size (gastronorm) pans.
    • 300-HWLF/D4: 4-3/8" (111mm) depth, large flange design, accepts three (3) full-size (gastronorm) pans. 
    • 300-HW/D6: 6-3/8" (162mm) depth, accepts three (3) full-size (gastronorm) pans.
    • 300-HWLF/D6: 6-3/8" (162mm) depth, large flange design, accepts three (3) full-size (gastronorm) pans. 
    • 300-HW/D443: 4-3/8" (111mm) depth, accepts three (3) full-size (gastronorm) and one (1) third-size (gastronorm) pan. 
    • 300-HW/D643: 6-3/8" (162mm) depth, accepts three (3) full-size (gastronorm) and one (1) third-size (gastronorm) pan.
    • 300-HWIS/D6: 6-3/8" (162mm) depth, accepts three (3) full-size (gastronorm) pans.
  • Adjustable thermostat with optional individual well control – The 200-HW hot well comes with an adjustable thermostat mounted on a remote-located control. Thermostat also can be flush-mounted onto a countertop. Optional independent controls for individual wells allow foods to be held at different temperatures.
  • Two pan depth options – Comes in two versions to accommodate either 4-inch or 6-inch deep pans.
  • Slimline Hot Wells (300-HWIS) – Slimline models accommodate three full-size hotel pans in a narrow footprint.
  • Optional large flange construction – Matches our cold well series for a coordinated line up.
