The 500-S heated holding cabinet keeps food warm gently without steam or fans with Alto-Shaam's exclusive Halo Heat® technology. Available in reach-in configuration, the 500-S heated holding unit can be stacked with an identical unit or Cook & Hold oven to save space. Door venting holds crispy food better.
