Alto-Shaam Celebrates 70 Years, Features KI Award Recipient Innovation at NRA 2025

Alto-Shaam celebrates 70 years, showcasing award-winning Origin™ ovens and other innovations at NRA 2025.

 

Alto-Shaam will preview a variety of new innovations at the National Restaurant Association (NRA) show, including its latest industry disrupting solutionthe Origin™ multi-cook convection oven 

A proud recipient of NRA’s prestigious Kitchen Innovation (KI) Awards for 2025, Origin ovens can cook full loads of food to perfection without the need to rotate pans. Thanks to patented Structured Air Technology ®, Origin ensures every dish is cooked evenly using high-velocity, vertical airflow 

Enhancing kitchen efficiency by limiting constant oven monitoring, Origin ovens ensure precise and reliable high-volume cooking every time. Structured Air Technology is utilized to cook food evenly, delivering consistent cooking results without requiring pan rotation, even when the pan is fully loaded. This eliminates hot and cold spots, reducing food waste, and freeing up staff to focus on what they do best.

Throughout the show, Alto-Shaam, celebrating its 70th anniversary this year, will showcase its complete kitchen solutions on-stand, including its pioneering Vector® and Converge® multi-cook combi ovens. Providing up to four independent ovens in one, the versatility of these ovens is such that they can cook multiple food items, from meat and fish to cookies and cakes, simultaneously at their ideal cooking settings with zero flavor transfer. 

Also in the booth will be Alto-Shaam's latest innovation in the combi oven category, Prodigi ™Prodigi combi ovens are specifically designed to help operators succeed by delivering real savings on labor and space, as well as cutting operating and food costs. Alto-Shaam is also pleased to announce select heated holding cabinets have earned esteemed ENERGY STAR certification. These achieve highly advanced energy savings at high efficiency.
