Alto-Shaam Provides Carbon Data for Customers through ImpactLoop Partnership
As part of its ongoing partnership with ImpactLoop, Alto-Shaam has announced that its customers can now instantly access crucial environmental data and information across a range of its Cook & Hold ovens and hot holding products.
Customers and partners can access valuable data and insights, including embodied and operating carbon data, via ImpactLoop’s technology, to gain a greater understanding of the product’s environmental footprint, as well as promoting transparency and informed decision-making.
"We believe that transparency is key to driving sustainable change across the industry," says Simon Parke-Davis, Vice President of International Sales. "By making carbon data readily available, we are empowering our customers to make informed choices and join us in building a more sustainable future for the foodservice industry. This initiative, in partnership with ImpactLoop, demonstrates our commitment to leading the way in sustainable foodservice solutions on a global scale.
“Together, we are working to provide the tools and resources necessary for projects striving for sustainable operations and regions who are reaching for net zero across the entire supply chain. Integrating TM65 mid-level outputs and independent calculations alongside Alto-Shaam’s products which are known for quality and long lifespan, provides detailed carbon budgets for catering equipment, enabling informed decisions about equipment selection and optimizing energy efficiency. This visibility and insight, in turn, helps users with their operational carbon efforts across their entire estate.”
Currently, users can access data reporting across a range of Alto-Shaam’s Cook & Hold ovens and hot holding products which will soon be expanded across other products.
