Alto-Shaam to showcase fully ventless portfolio at Restaurants Canada
Live cooking demonstrations of Alto-Shaam's complete ventless equipment solutions will take place over three days during Restaurants Canada.
Alto-Shaam will showcase its portfolio of ventless solutions that address operator challenges at booth #2519 during Restaurants Canada in Toronto from April 10-12.
This includes the latest innovation in the combination oven category, Prodigi™, equipped with a Ventech™ condensation hood. Prodigi combi ovens are specifically designed to help operators succeed by delivering real savings on labor and space, as well as cutting operating and food costs. Combining multiple cooking functions in a single appliance, Prodigi ovens allow operators to execute any dish, however simple or complex, with the highest quality, precision and consistency every time. Thanks to its boilerless design, Prodigi ovens result in 80% less water usage and no maintenance, to deliver superior performance and lower operating costs.
Ventech hoods on Prodigi combi ovens maximize floor space and improve efficiency and workflow, with no hood required. This eliminates the significant costs associated with the installation and maintenance of traditional hoods. Powered by innovative condensation technology, Ventech hoods condense steam while capturing and removing grease-laden air, vapors and lingering smoke.
Also being introduced for the first time in Canada, Alto-Shaam will showcase its Converge® multi-cook ovens, which provide up to three independent ovens in one. By pairing controlled humidity and the patented vertical air flow of Structured Air Technology®, Converge multi-cook ovens provide expanded menu potential in the smallest footprint. Further saving operators time and labor, Converge ovens also feature an intelligent self-cleaning design, with a number of automatic cleaning options available.
Perfectly paired with its cooking solutions, Alto-Shaam will also present its holding solutions on stand, including its Heated Shelf Merchandisers with top heat paired with Halo Heat® technology.
