The Maahs Family Foundation Named First Corporate Sponsor of Menomonee Falls Public Library's First-Floor Renovation
The Maahs Family Foundation launches the library’s renovation campaign with a $45,000 gift for a new Print & Copy Center.

The Maahs Family Foundation, has become the first corporate sponsor of the Menomonee Falls Public Library's first-floor renovation, committing $45,000 to renovate the library's new Print & Copy Center. The gift kicks off a multi-year capital campaign the library launched this year to modernize its first floor, expand services and better meet the needs of a growing community.
Construction on the renovation is set to begin in November 2026. Eight key spaces on the library's first floor are included in the project: the Vestibule, Concourse, Main Lobby, Connections Corner, Board Room, Hall, Print & Copy Center and Reading Nook.
"By investing in this project, donors and corporate partners are helping strengthen a vital community resource," said Jacqueline Rammer, Library Director at the Menomonee Falls Public Library. “This renovation will have a visible, lasting impact on how people experience the library every day.”
The Maahs Family Foundation's sponsorship will be recognized with dedicated signage in the renovated Print & Copy Center, expected to go up once construction on the space wraps in early 2027.
"Alto-Shaam has called Menomonee Falls home for 71 years, and this library is where so many of our neighbors, employees and their kids come to learn, create and connect," said Stephanie Maahs. “The Maahs Family Foundation is proud to be the first to step up for this renovation, and we hope it encourages others in the community to do the same.”

More Than Books: Why the Library Needs Community Support
The Menomonee Falls Public Library offers far more than a place to check out books. Its makerspace, The Forge, gives residents free access to 3D printers, embroidery machines and other equipment. Meeting rooms and the Board Room are available for community groups, businesses and residents to reserve at no cost. And through the library's Explore Passes program, cardholders can check out free admission to local museums, nature centers and other attractions around the region — no ticket purchase required.
Those services, along with the first-floor renovation, are funded in large part through community and business support. Individuals can give up to $1,000 through the Menomonee Falls Library Friends, a 501(c)(3) organization, online or by check. Businesses and donors interested in larger gifts — including naming and recognition opportunities like The Maahs Family Foundation's — are encouraged to contact Library Director Jacqueline Rammer at 262-532-8931 or visit www.menomoneefallslibrary.org/capitalcampaign to learn more.
