Combine Flour, Sugar, Mandarin oranges ,Eggs, Baking Soda, Vanilla in a bowl Beat for 2 minutes Place in greased and floured 9x12 pan Bake 15-30 min @ 350 °F (176°C) Bring Milk, Butter, Brown Sugar to a Boil and simmer for 10 min. Spread on cake immediately after removing from oven
