Seared Tuna

200g tuna; olive oil; salt and pepper

Preparation

Step1: Place the rack into the Combi and preheat the oven to 300℃.

Step2:  Seasoning the tuna with olive oil, salt and pepper and place onto the rack in the oven. Set to convection mode at 300℃ and 0% humidity. Cook the tuna for 2 minutes on both sides.
