Alto-Shaam Enhances Domestic Key Accounts Team
Alto-Shaam appoints Director of National Accounts and Business Development Manager for Key Accounts.
Alto-Shaam has further bolstered its domestic key accounts and chain support with two new senior appointments.
Ronald Massaro has been appointed as Alto-Shaam’s Director of National Accounts, reporting directly to Alto-Shaam’s Senior Vice President of National Accounts, Brian Newland. Ronald joins Alto-Shaam with more than 30 years’ experience working within the foodservice industry, most recently serving as Regional Vice President of Sales at TurboChef Technologies. In his new role, Ronald will be responsible for developing and growing relationships with key domestic national accounts, ensuring year on year growth targets continue to be achieved and customer expectations are exceeded at every touchpoint.
“Ronald joins the team with a wealth of knowledge and experience,” Brian says. ““And throughout his career, he has also proven his ability to build strong and lasting customer relationships, and leading key account strategy, which will be invaluable as we look to continue to enhance our support for domestic key accounts.”
Further enhancing support for regional account customers, Kerri Kolzow joins Alto-Shaam as new Business Development Manager for Key Accounts responsible for expanding the company’s presence in both new and existing key foodservice chain accounts. Kerri joins Alto-Shaam with more than 10 years sales and business development experience, including over six years working across the foodservice, retail and hospitality sectors. In 2022, Kerri was acknowledged among the Society for Hospitality and Foodservice Management’s (SHFM) Rising Stars of the year.
In her new role, Kerri will report directly to Bill Rodgers, Alto-Shaam’s Director of Regional Key Accounts. “I’m delighted to welcome Kerri to the team,” says Bill. “She joins us with fantastic experience and expertise working within the industry, with a track record of success, and I have no doubt that she will thrive here at Alto-Shaam.”
