Alto-Shaam Expands EMEA Support with New Customer Service Representative
Edoardo Lanci joins Alto-Shaam in a newly created role as Customer Service Representative for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Further expanding its customer experience and support throughout the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, Alto-Shaam has appointed Edoardo Lanci to a newly created role as EMEA Customer Service Representative.
Based in Italy, with a degree in foreign languages, Edoardo will work closely with Alto-Shaam’s EMEA sales team. He will be responsible for maintaining the highest-level customer support and service at every touch point.
Edoardo joins Alto-Shaam with more than four years’ customer service experience, including over a year at a major international food retailer. In his new role, he will report directly to Simon Parke-Davis, Vice President of Sales - EMEA.
