Alto-Shaam Expands Factory Install Program
Alto-Shaam expands its Factory-Authorized Installation Program with opptional add-on services to make installation as easy as possible.

Enhancing customer support and ensuring optimal equipment performance from day one, Alto-Shaam has expanded its Factory-Authorized Installation Program with a series of flexible new add-on services designed to give foodservice operators more options to simplify installation and ensure equipment is installed correctly the first time.
Effective March 16, 2026, the enhanced program builds on Alto-Shaam's existing installation support by allowing customers to select the services that best fit their needs - helping ensure their sites are fully prepped and ready ahead of product delivery and reduce the risk of any unexpected delays and downtime.
The program now offers new add‑on services, including Receipt & Delivery and Removal & Disposal, helping streamline logistics and reduce the burden on operators. In addition, the pre‑site survey—previously included as part of the installation package—has been separated into a highly recommended optional service, giving customers greater flexibility in how they plan and prepare for installation. The program’s service radius has also been expanded to 100 miles.
Ultimately, this expansion is about giving customers more choices and making installation as easy as possible from start to finish,” says Michael Jones, VP of Quality and Technical Service at Alto-Shaam. “By offering greater flexibility, operators can select the level of support that best suits their installation needs.”
Alongside the service expansion, Alto-Shaam is also introducing a more flexible pricing structure, moving from a single installation package to a variable model based on the services selected.
