Alto-Shaam Strengthens EMEA Team with Senior Promotion

Gabriel has been with Alto-Shaam for more than a decade and has continually impressed during his time with the business, most recently serving as Sales Director for the Middle East and Africa. Based in Dubai, he has played a key role in developing markets across the region, building strong customer and partner relationships and supporting Alto-Shaam’s continued growth. 

He also brings strong culinary expertise to the role and is a familiar face at Taste of Alto-Shaam events and global trade shows, where he regularly supports live cooking demonstrations. 

In his new role, Gabriel will drive Alto-Shaam’s sales and customer service activities across EMEA, with a specific focus on Europe and key strategic accounts in Africa. Working closely with Alto-Shaam’s European culinary and sales support teams, he will help strengthen customer relationships, identify new opportunities for growth and build on the momentum already established across the region.
