At Bar & Restaurant Expo 2026, Alto-Shaam will showcase its ventless and versatile cooking solutions designed to help bar and restaurant operators build or expand food programs – supporting consistent quality, faster service and opportunities to increase beverage sales.  

As the official equipment sponsor of The Bar (formerly Cocktail Clubhouse) area of the show, Alto-Shaam's culinary team will be cooking behind the bar, demonstrating its award-winning Vector® multi-cook ovens.
