Bizarre Coffee expands food offerings with Alto-Shaam's Vector® Multi-Cook Ovens
As Bizarre Coffee grew, so did the need for a more versatile kitchen solution. The Alto-Shaam Vector® Multi-Cook oven helped them expand menu offerings, maintain consistency and operate efficiently across multiple locations.

A series of Alto-Shaam Vector® Multi-Cook Ovens with ventless operation is helping Bizarre Coffee to expand and enhance its food offering, creating a significant additional revenue stream for the growing Georgia-based business as it evolves from a single-site coffee shop into a multi-location brand with a broad made-to-order menu.
Founded by Sabrina Kaylor, Bizarre Coffee began as a local pop-up and farmers’ market concept before opening its first permanent site in Canton, Georgia in December 2020. Since then, the business has continued to grow, with a new opening in Woodstock in December 2023 and Roswell in February 2026, and a fourth location in Acworth planned for opening in September 2026. Alongside that expansion, Bizarre has built a broad beverage offering spanning coffeehouse classics, specialty lattes and seasonal specials, helping establish the creative, customer-led identity that underpins the wider brand.
Key to the business’ growth has been a clear shift in its food proposition, with food now forming a key part of the overall offering. Today, Bizarre’s menu extends well beyond coffee accompaniments, with a substantial breakfast and lunch menu that includes avocado toast, breakfast burritos, sandwiches and bagels, vegan options, wraps, grilled cheese, ciabatta sandwiches and toasted items.
“Our kitchens are compact, so we really needed equipment that could give us real versatility and consistency, without taking up too much space,” Sabrina explains. “And following a recommendation from our contractor, as well as meetings with our local foodservice representatives, we discovered the Alto-Shaam Vector ovens and haven’t looked back.”
That need for versatility within a compact footprint is reflected across all Bizarre Coffee locations, where the business is utilizing an Alto-Shaam Vector H3 Multi-Cook Ovens with ventless operation. Working within compact kitchens and a made-to-order assembly approach, the ovens support a no-hood setup while giving the team the flexibility to deliver a broader food menu across each site.
Featuring Alto-Shaam’s patented Structured Air Technology®, Vector H3 Multi-Cook Ovens deliver high-velocity vertical upward and downward airflow for consistent, high-quality cooking, while enabling multiple food items to be cooked simultaneously at their ideal settings with zero flavor transfer. With a 21-inch footprint and ventless operation, they are well suited to Bizarre Coffee’s kitchen setup, where food variety, consistency and speed all matter.
“As we have continued to grow as a business, enhancing our foodservice offering has been a significant factor,” Sabrina says. “The Vector ovens have enabled us to create menus built around variety, consistency and quality, while helping our teams work effectively and efficiently.”
Bizarre Coffee has built its reputation on creativity, personality and a customer-first approach, pairing a distinctive visual identity with an increasingly varied food and beverage offering. That wider brand momentum places even greater importance on a back-of-house setup that can support quality, consistency and flexibility across multiple locations.
“In that context, Alto-Shaam’s role has been more than just equipment alone, and more about enhancing our operational foundation required to support growth, maintain quality and broaden our offering as we continue to expand.”
