As of January 5, 2024, all training dates are full. However, waitlist dates are still available. Once you are on the waitlist, you will be contacted if a spot opens.

You are invited to attend this in-depth, hands-on service training class to expand your knowledge and skills at Alto-Shaam's headquarters in Menomonee Falls, WI.  Class size is limited to the first 12 participants to register. Classes fill quickly, so register as soon as possible. A waitlist option will be available should a training date happen to fill and close. You will be contacted if a spot opens up once you are on a waitlist. 

Attendees are responsible for booking and paying for their travel and transportation to Milwaukee. Travel itinerary's, whether flying or driving, are required to be sent to Tina no less than 30 days before your training. This solidifies your spot for the training. If this is not submitted, your spot will be forfeited. Alto-Shaam will reserve and pay for your hotel room. Once your itinerary is submitted you will receive your hotel confirmation and additional details regarding your visit. The hotel shuttle will take you to and from training every day.

Classes will start on Tuesday at 8:30 AM and conclude around 4:30 PM every day except on Friday which ends at 12:30 PM.  We suggest that you book your flight after 3:30 PM on Friday.

Attendees must bring a media device that is both capable of downloading files from the internet as well as able to transfer those files to a USB.  The device can be a smart phone, tablet, laptop, etc. and must be brought to class each day.  Students will need to be able to show an ability to locate, download, and transfer files during the class.
