• 1 Beef Patty
• Oil

Preparation

1. Place the grill rack into the Combi and preheat to 240°C
2. Drizzle some oil onto the beef patty and place directly on the rack in the oven 
3. Set to convection mode at 240°C and cook each side for 2 minutes
4. Preheat the Cook & Hold to 70°C
5. Place the grilled patty inside and hold for 15 to 20 minutes
