Alto-Shaam to introduce latest oven innovation and made-in-India equipment at AAHAR 2024

Alto-Shaam will introduce its latest innovation in the multi-cook category, Converge® multi-cook ovens, along with made-in-India holding solutions at AAHAR 2024. 

Converge ovens provide expanded menu potential in the smallest footprint, by pairing controlled humidity and the patented vertical air flow of Structured Air Technology®. With up to three independent chambers in a ventless space, operators can now steam, bake, grill, and air fry at the exact same time, in the same oven, without sacrificing quality. 

The new ovens feature advanced controls and are very simple to use — requiring little or no operator training and can be managed remotely through Alto-Shaam’s innovative cloud-based remote oven management system, ChefLinc™. Converge also features a self-cleaning design, saving operators time and labor.  

Perfectly paired with its cooking solutions, Alto-Shaam will also present its holding solutions  during the show, including its hot holding cabinets made in India with exclusive Halo Heat® technology. This patented technology allows operators to hold food for even longer without compromising food quality.  

AAHAR marks Alto-Shaam’s first trade show in India as an exhibitor, and follows the opening of its new manufacturing facility in Pune, Maharashta, in September 2023, which Vijay Pawar, Alto-Shaam Director of Sales and Culinary for India and Sri Lanka, says further highlights its investment and commitment to expansion in the region: “The opening of our new manufacturing facility in Pune was the next step in supporting the Alto-Shaam global vision, enabling us to provide on-the-ground support and service to our customers and partners in the region.
