Low Temperature Sweet Corn
Sweet Corn prepared in a Cook & Hold.
Ingredients
- Sweet Corn (1pec)
 - Butter (30gm)
 - Salt (3gm)
 
Preparation
1. Brush butter onto the corn and sprinkle on salt
  2. Preheat the Cook & Hold to 125°C
  3. Put the corn into the oven and cook at 125°C for 25 minutes
  4. Hold at 70°C for 1 hour
