Passover Chocolate Macaroons

These drop cookies are sure to be perfect for any chocolate lover.

Ingredients

Egg Whites 5 
Sugar 1 C. (236 ML) 
Sweet Chocolate 1/8 lb.(57 grams) 
Vanilla 1 T.( 5 ml) 
Chopped Nuts 3 C (708 ml.) 
Matzo cake meal 3 T. (44ml)

Preparation

Beat the egg whites until still. 
Add the sugar gradually continue beating until the meringue form peaks. 
Melt the chocolate then gradually add it to the egg whites. 
Fold in the chopped nuts, cake meal and vanilla. 
Drop out on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. 
Bake at 300°F (149°C) convection for 20 minuets.
