Ribeye Steak
Ribeye steak cooked perfectly in the Combi Oven.
Ingredients
300g ribeye steak; olive oil; salt and black pepper
Preparation
Step 1: Preheat the Combi to 300℃.
Step 2: Season the striploin steak with olive oil, salt and pepper and place in the Combi. Set to Convection mode at 280℃. Grill the steak for 2minutes on both sides.
Step 3: Remove steak from Combi and place into the Alto-Shaam Halo Heat™ cook & hold or holding cabinet. Use holding mode at 60℃ and hold for 5 minutes.
