Sea Scallops with Spinach

Sea scollops with spinach made in the Combi Oven. 

Ingredients

5 pieces of Sea Scallops; 150g spinach; olive oil; salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1: Preheat the Combi to 100℃. Clean spinach and place into a pan. Put the pan into the Combi. Set to  convection mode at 100℃ and 0% humidity and cook for 3 minutes.

Step 2: Preheat the Combi to 300℃. Place scallops into a pan, season the scallops with salt , pepper and olive oil. Place into the Combi, use convection mode 300℃ and cook for 3 minutes.
