Smoked Cashews
Smoky and salty, these cashews are sure to make an exceptional appetizer.
Ingredients
Salted cashews as needed
4 c.(907ml) Ice
Wood chips choice of Apple, Hickory, Maple and Cherry
Preparation
Do not soak wood chips.
Do not set cook and hold temperature above 90°F (32°C)
Add ice to a pan and place over the smoking element box
Load cashews on pans and place in smoker
Set smoke timer for 10 minuets
Let rest for 10-15 minuets in oven
Use for an exceptional appetizer
