Smoked Paprika
Make your own smoked paprika to add a smokey twist to your seasonings and sauces.
Ingredients
Paprika as needed
Wood chips as needed soaked in water for 10 minuets
Ice as needed
Preparation
Preheat smoking element for 5 minutes no oven heat is required
Place ice in the drip pan and put some in a pan over the smoking element
Place paprika on a pan and level it and put in smoker
Cold smoke for 30 minuets
Great for seasonings and sauces that require a smoke flavor
