Sous Vide Baby Carrots

Sous Vide Baby Carrots prepared in a Cook & Hold


  • Baby Carrots (300g)
  • Olive Oil (5g)
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Sous Vide Bag


1. Wash and peel the baby carrots
2. Place in a sous vide bag
3. Add salt, pepper, and olive oil and seal the bag
4. Preheat the Cook & Hold oven to 85°C
5. Put the carrots into the oven and hold for 2 to 3 hours at 85°C
