Sous Vide Beef prepared in a Cook & Hold


  • Beef Finger Meat (1kg)
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Sous Vide Bag


1. Salt and pepper the beef, place into a sous vide bag and seal it
2. Preheat the Combi oven to steam at 100°C
3. Place into the Combi oven and cook for 8 minutes
4. Preheat the Cook & Hold to 68°C
5. Put in the beef and hold at 68°C overnight
